Many of you have all been part of Elvis's rugby journey and have witnessed his hard work and commitment to become a professional rugby player.
Elvis has been fortunate enough to represent his country which is something we are all immensely proud of.

There's been many set backs, frustrations, challenges and injuries.

Without the support of Clive Carlin, Nick Cotterill and none of this would have been possible.

Good to have .graham from our adult S&C group at the Falcons U15s Festival on Sunday.

Graham joined Team NEAD during lockdown and has been attending ever since.
Hitting some impressive PB's in the gym and covered a good distance with the games on Sunday.
A rare moment we are both in the same place at the same time but always good to see our athletes applying their skills in their chosen sport.

Team NEAD closed Tuesday 5th November‼️

The team at Blue Flames will be running their annual firework display tonight, as such all sessions this evening are cancelled.

This is a big event for Blue Flames and the support helps them provide access to a quality sporting venue which many of us have benefited from. This is our chance to give back to a venue that has supported our athletes grow in their own sports over the last 5 years.

If your free, grab a ticket and head down tonight. You will recognise a few faces as we have NEAD athletes helping out on stalls and supporting the team.

All sessions back to normal Wednesday 6th November.

TEAM NEAD - Changes to this evening's sessions‼️

We need to make a few last minute changes to our timetable with all of our coaches going back to University and timetables now released.

We will release a new updated timetable later this week however it is expected that the changes in the image are the only changes that will be made.

To confirm, Mini Superheroes 16:30 and Athlete Crew 17:00 are cancelled with all other sessions running as normal.
