The Next Evolution of ORA Build
Throughout our summer holding phase, this community consistently showed up, put in the work, and set a standard of ex*****on that inspired us.
The dedication on this floor every single day is why we are taking things to the next level.
ORA Build has always been anchored in intentional, result-driven training. Now, we are proud to introduce its next evolution: a fully periodized performance structure engineered to measure true progress, optimize tissue adaptation, and elevate your baseline strength.
The 14-Week Roadmap
• September 12 (Baseline Testing Day): Establishing standardized loading parameters across core metrics. No guessing—just real data.
• Block 1 (Weeks 1–4): Intensification — Wave loading (12-8-6 reps) focused on heavy strength progression and neural adaptation.
• Block 2 (Weeks 5–10): Accumulation — Fixed 8-rep sets with strict tempo controls and isometric pauses for targeted muscle growth.
• Block 3 (Weeks 11–14): Re-Intensification & Re-Test — Ramping load back up, ending with full testing in Week 14.
Following this cycle, programming transitions into a permanent 10-week rotation (6 weeks Accumulation ➔ 4 weeks Intensification), with testing integrated into the final week of every 4-week block moving forward.
Performance Tracking
To support this evolution, members can have access to the ORA Elite App to log weights, track tempos, and monitor baseline metrics in real time.
Prefer pen and paper? You can still keep your own training log—the standard remains the same either way.
We will be dropping further operational details and key announcements across the week.
Testing slots for September 12 are open now via the ORA App or at the front desk.
