The City of Newcastle Gymnastics Academy – CNGA The facilities were designed to be of a size and flexibility to accommodate simultaneous working groups of gymnasts of different levels and disciplines in a structured development programme.

Calling all parents! We need your help!

Our brand new pit socks have finally arrived for our new foam for the pit in the Academy side of the gym 🙌 We’d like to ask you for your help putting the socks on the pit as we have many pieces to go!

Please speak to a coach and let them know if you’re available to come into the gym and help us battle this big task over the next couple of weeks! Any and all help is greatly appreciated! ❤️

Second day of the Jim Moss English Championships!

Sofia, Taisya and Arti took to the floor in the Emerald Intermediate category and looked absolutely beautiful!

We had

Taisiya 🥇 Gold on floor
Arti 🥇🥉 Gold on bars and bronze overall
Sofia had some uncharacteristic mistakes keeping her out of the medals today but she still finished an impressive 9th AA!

Following that our Diamond level girls took to the floor and showed some fabulous gymnastics!

Eden 🥇🥈🥈🥈🥉 Bronze on vault, silver on beam and bars, gold on floor and silver all around!

Aaleia competed for the first time in diamond level while returning from a small injury, no medals this time but she successfully competed her shoot on bars! Fabulous achievement

NATIONAL MICRO FINAL 2026 🇬🇧🏆

Well done to our Junior Mixed micro team who just picked up the bronze medal at the National TeamGym Micro Final today in Crewe 🥉👏

Clean comp from the whole team, new skills landed and topped off with the highest tumble ex*****on score in their category to secure their medal 😮‍💨
