A special shout out to our Heaton Stannington Walking Football team who today wrapped up a successful season in the Walking Football League today.

A nice 4th place finish, a reflection of the hard work and dedication and amazing spirit within the team.

A massive shout out to our u8 Golds, spending a sunny morning down at Newcastle United Training Centre representing the Stan at the Newcastle United Foundation u8s Grassroots Festival yesterday! ⚫️⚪️

The entire group gave a great account of themselves against some challenging opposition - making it through to the Semi Finals! 🏆

Well done to the entire group, and keep up with the hard work!

Following our wonderful presentation weekend, everyone here at Heaton Stannington Juniors would like to say a massive thank you to those who supported us with items, vouchers, and monetary gifts for our raffle.

When a child is supported by their local community, they become part of an extended family - a place where they feel welcomed, valued, and at home. This sense of belonging is the true foundation of grassroots sports. It sparks the growth and stability needed to shape strong, kind, and independent young people. We are incredibly grateful to you all for being a part of that journey.
