We've built up an amazing team at Halo UK over the last 2 years and we couldn't be happier with the level that everyone is working at.

It's great to have Coach Jamie back on the mats after his surgery, reminding us all that setbacks and injuries happen to the best of us - they're just part of the journey. 💪

Great to see everyone working extra hard in our no gi classes and getting ready for the competitions ahead.

We know that everyone starts Jiu Jitsu for different reasons and competing isn't necessarily what people think about when they do start up.
However, here at Halo we highly recommend it.
The experience gained from it is invaluable.

Win or lose you'll be back to training more focussed, with fresh ideas about what you want to improve and maybe even some nice shiny medals.

We had the pleasure of having Alan and Andy from Vision Impact Photography come over to get some great shots of the lads grafting hard in our Saturday morning No-Gi class last week.
