Planning meals before braving the shops!!
Doing this simple task prevents me from wasting food, or grabbing easy cook carbs for each meal!
Now I can make sure I have enough protein each day and keep my carbs lower in this less active time
!!!

Look for the positives in the current situation...
Itโs a tough time for all in different ways. Perhaps you are worried about your loved ones, concerned about your business or finances, or maybe you are struggling with being in isolation.
But this whole process has made me take stock and look at things in a different light and see the positives that are i can take from it.
-I canโt see my family face to face but Iโm speaking to them each day more than ever
- I am spending some amazing quality time with my family, memories I wonโt forget. Simple things like this picnic lunch in the garden
- I have the time to help the husband and the team develop an online program to help us all to keep moving and stay physically and mental fit
- The support we have received from members has completely blown me away and I am so humbled that so many of you care as much as you do about the gym and the coaches. I have some amazing people around me!
- I can finally do some jobs in the house I never get time or can be bothered to get around to in normal life
I want everyone to use this group as a positive channel to help each other through this very strange time. We will get there together.

THE CHAIR!
No gym, no equipment but do you own a chair!???
Try this workout that can be completed in several different ways!
1: EASY-10-12 reps on each exercise with 30second rest between each
30seconds on each exercise then test 1min and repeat
2:MEDIUM- 30 seconds on each exercise (no rest) then rest after all exercises for 1min repeat x 3-4 sets
3:HARD - complete a descending reps 10-1 on each exercise then ascend 1-10reps with no rest!! Record your best time!
A1: seated box squat (ensure your ass hits the chair each rep!)
A2: triceps dip
A3: alternating step up (10 reps each leg if option 3)
A4: feet raised press up (place feet on chair)
A5:glute bridge (advanced single leg)
A6: v sit crunch (crunch then point legs either side of the chair)
A7: cardio 1min - Any body weight cardio- burpees, mountain climbers, star jumps, high knees etc

5-15min plank workout
Planking is a great way to strengthen and activate your core muscles as well as helping reduce back pain and improve balance so why not try this little routine several times per week and get that wash board stomach we all dream of but love cake too much to get ๐๐
Easy: complete one set
Hard: complete three sets
A1: basic hand plank 1 min
A2: elbow plank 30 seconds
A3: alternating leg raise plank 1 min
A4: side plank left and right 30 seconds each
A5: basic plank 30 secs
A6: elbow plank 1min
