Now the crazy resolution period has all but passed we are looking for Ladies over 30 who want a different approach to increasing their health and fitness.
If you don’t like the idea of big gyms and prefer a more personal approach then you will find our ladies only small group sessions incredibly welcoming.

Congratulations to our Coach Martyna, on placing 8th yesterday evening in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB)
Professional show in Lille, France.
There were no fewer than 4 Olympia qualified athletes (widely regarded highest level in the world) in the top 5, one of whom has been to 6 Olympias & two of the others twice. An absolutely stunning line up.
Don’t forget Martyna is a 35 year old mum of two with an incredibly busy work & home life!
Yesterday evening she knew early on it wasn’t going to be top 6 & could so easily have allowed it to affect her performance but my word if you could have seen the way she came out for her 2nd individual routine & then posing with her medal, right in front of the Judges! She commanded the stage & looked like the champion she deserves to be & that I believe she will become.
She did herself, her Coach & her many friends at Signature proud!

Today I hit 56 years of age. I believe in leading by example (in terms of my occupation). I don’t accept ageing (within reason) as a valid excuse - it can be an easy one & I see this far too often.
Never give up on your ability to achieve things you want too!

Challenging your awareness in space can reap great rewards in balance & coordination. Returning to your ground based strength training after utilising this approach you will often automatically feel strangely stronger.

Two weeks from 56. Natural my whole life. No extreme diet involved here. Plenty of protein carbs & healthy fats (yes carbs!!). Intelligent programming & consistency over time is key.
So many men I meet over 40 act like ‘it’s the end’ …. ‘I’m over the hill’ …. here’s a wake up call, if you really want too, you can always turn round & run back up it !

A glutes & hamstrings focussed session for Tracey & Nikki … there are many ways to target hip muscles but it’s important to know you are covering all the movements the muscles are designed to do - not just individually but together.
Sharon, Jane & Jess demonstrating 3 variations of overhead pressing movements.
Each have their benefits but the lessor known one, the Landmine Press (centre) is great for improving or learning the correct overhead press mechanics with a reduced risk level, can help improve stabilisation & is a great choice for anyone recovering from a shoulder injury or who has limited range of motion.
