8kg down this year! π₯ πͺ
Chris works so hard in the gym (especially his bloody vocal cords π) but he has previously struggled with being all in, or all out. One slip up and he done the classic f*** it il start again Monday π€
We have really worked on this. He doesnβt have an active job, so we go lower calories during the week. To allow him to have a social life on the weekends πΈ
Small changes when it comes to eating takeaways, chicken kebab over pizza. ( higher protein for the gains and to keep him full and not continue to over indulge)π
There were a few other obstacles to overcome. Weighing his food. I got him to send me a picture of his meals and it was way more calories than he was putting in to my fitness pal. He was reading the labels wrong, usung cooked weight but weighing it raw
Communication between you and your coach is vital. You could think youβre doing everything right and make one mistake and it takes you out of your deficit β
Addressing binge eating. Identifying triggers. How to overcome them is something we are big on βπΌ
Well done Chris. You make the gym a happy, funny and positive place and we love you π«Άπ»

50KG WEIGHT LOSS IN 5 MONTHS!!
Stu has been a member of clear fitness for a few years now. And previously we have lost many kilograms. Unfortunately stu had a very stressful time in life. And he is an emotional eater. He never openly discussed binges with me and it was a hard subject to addressβ¦
Movement was becoming worse. You could see he was becoming more withdrawn in himself.
I made the difficult decision to ask him for a coffee and chat. And I had to be brutally honest with him. We had an emotional chat and he agreed to be onboard with me. To save his life .
We checked in regularly, we dealt with triggers that bring on the binge eating. Heβs always trained incredible. But he was consistent. He Kept getting stronger. And his energy levels increased by a dozen ππ»
Everyone in the gym is so proud of you my mate. Youβve changed your life. And we are not stopping here
Stu is the man πͺπ»πͺπ»πͺπ»

If youβre goal excites you.. YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT πͺπ»
We set out a goal for cat to unassisted chin ups, we made sure we understood the process π€
- heavy lat pulldowns for less reps
- apply a progressive overload. Whether that be an increase in weight, reps or add drop sets for an extra stimulus
- banded chin ups
- banded chins ups with pause at top position
Result - goal achieved π β
Incredible as always Cat ππ»

Dieting in winter can be hard. Colder nights, bigger clothes. So no one even seeβs your results. So whatβs the point?.
If youβre feeling like this. Donβt let the next few months go to waste. Hereβs what to do!
1) track your protein and hit your goal every day π₯©
2) track your lifts. Get stronger! ππ»
3) aim to hit around maintenance calories most days π―
Enjoy your training with that extra energy in your body! π€©
Why do we do this? It relaxes the mind. Dieting can be stressful. With hitting your protein goal every day, enforced a good life habit. Something that will stay with you, and when January comes. Itβs engrained in you. Which will keep hold of the muscle you have just built in the end of the year! πͺπ»
A lot of the time clients who regularly hit their protein who are not tracking calories, end up losing body fat anyways! This is because protein keeps you more full. Reducing their calorie intake without them even noticing π³π
Itβs 100x harder to gain a pound of muscle than to lose a pound of fat. So donβt let these next few months go to waste. Get strong. Build some muscle and reveal the package in 2025! π‘
