After having the pleasure of hosting the annual ACRA Tournament here at Tyneside Badminton Centre last year, the event is back for 2026 — this time heading to York!

📅 Friday 9 & Saturday 10 October
📍 York Railway Institute

The tournament is open to league and club players, with singles, level doubles and mixed doubles events across the weekend.

We had a fantastic time welcoming players to Tyneside last year and would highly recommend getting involved in what promises to be another brilliant weekend of badminton.

Our women only badminton sessions offer a unique blend of personalised coaching and engaging match-play opportunities, led by our coaching team, twice per week. Why not come and join us, with the added bonus of your 🫵 initial session being free of charge.

Sessions run every Tuesday evening, 6-8PM, and every Thursday morning, 10AM-12PM.
