The Valley Bouldering Centre

Over the next two weeks, we’re going to be doing some work to our reception and cafe areas. There will be some disruption to our coffee and shop (some shoes moving to The Pool Climb Newcastle) and our reception will have a temporary location. Please bear with us! Climbing all open as normal, with the final round of the Summer Boulder Ladder going up this morning ☀️

On 6th August, Ethan Chapman, local physiotherapist at Pro Health Physio NE (Ouseburn) is delivering a session on common climbing injuries of the wrist and hand.

We will be looking at the main injuries; how they often occur, and how YOU can better manage them – or better yet, prevent them from happening!

Ethan brings a blend of science-based treatment, years of experience in MSK physiotherapy and a developing specialism in hand and wrist injuries.
