Some slightly more adventurous hacking with Isla tonight! Very happy with her progress, she took everything in her stride and stayed relaxed in situations many other horses would have reacted too! The future is bright for this little horse 🙋🏼‍♀️🦄

Well it’s been one of those days where nothing seems to have gone as planned! However, if there’s one thing I have learned from all these years working with horses, its better to focus on the positives! You can spend forever thinking that was terrible or I shouldn’t be doing this, or you can sit back and think right why did this happen and what can I do to improve next time! God knows I’ve had my share of setbacks but I dust myself off and move on excited to put the work in and get better! Here’s a picture of my boy as he always puts a smile on my face no matter what 🦄💜

One way to keep cool in this weather! Admiral turned hippo today, glad he had time to dry in the sun before I got him in 🙈🐴

Not the best picture but would like to show the space between Gazal and his trainer on the ground! A huge step for this little man, building his confidence and independence! So happy to be a part of his journey and it’s so rewarding seeing him flourish 🐴🙋🏼‍♀️

Been an extremely busy but productive week here at RJL Equestrian HQ! Lots of client progress which is always great to see! I haven’t had much time to get pics or videos of my work this week, but here’s a snap of a very windswept Isla on our weekly hack! Hopefully next week will be a little less crazy 😜🦄
