📸 WEEK 2 | PRE-SEASON

Another positive week in the books. 💪⚽️

Tuesday’s training session saw the lads continue to build fitness, sharpen their quality on the ball and push the standards higher.

We then finished the week with our first in-house friendly, giving the players the chance to put their work into practice in a competitive environment. Plenty of positives to take away as we continue preparing for the season ahead.

The hard work continues. 💪⚽️

It wasn’t just Newcastle United and their supporters heading to Barcelona this week.

Students from Access Sport Newcastle also flew to the Spanish city with Ryanair to compete in the Cambrils Scholarship Cup.

The football tournament gives young players the chance to compete internationally and explore potential scholarship opportunities in the United States.

What an opportunity. Good luck, lads! 🔥
