Hello my lovelies🌷 Just a little update...
I will be taking a small step back from in-person classes for now. Therefore from 9th April, my Sunset Yin and Candlelight Restorative classes will no longer go ahead.
I apologise if this may disappoint, and I really appreciate all your support! ❤️ But this isn’t the end - just a shift!
I’ll be focusing more on possible online classes, sharing new content, and maybe even hosting some pop-up events if there’s interest. 🎥🧘🏼♀️🎉 Let me know if that’s something you’d love to see!

Seriously... yoga isn’t just about crazy poses or being super flexible, it's for EVERY body🫶🏼 It’s about connecting with yourself, moving in a way that feels good and using your breath to find a little more space - physically and mentally.

You don’t need to touch your toes, twist into a pretzel or even balance on one leg to do yoga, so if you’ve ever thought - ‘I’m not bendy enough for yoga'.. let me stop you right there✋🏼 Yoga meets you exactly where you are, just as you are. No pressure, no judgment - just you, your breath and a chance to slow down and reconnect.

✨ Feeling overwhelmed? Try this simple Box Breathing technique to calm your mind and reset your nervous system. ✨
Box Breathing is a powerful yet simple breathwork technique used to reduce stress, improve focus, and bring a sense of calm.
Here’s how to do it:
🩷 Inhale for 4 seconds
🤍 Hold for 4 seconds
🩷 Exhale for 4 seconds
🤍 Hold for 4 seconds
🔄 Repeat for 4-5 rounds and notice how your body and mind feel.

To finish off some deep, releasing and slow stretches, my class rounds off with a little bit of pranayama (breathwork) and guided relaxation/meditation underneath a warm, fluffy blanket. Nodding off is totally welcome so if you find yourself having a little zzz - don’t worry, you’re in good company 😉✨️🤍
