A coastal stretch and mobility session followed by a full hour in the sauna - cold plunge optional. Set on the Seaton Sluice sand dunes, it’s the perfect slow Sunday reset for pairs, small groups, or solo ⚡️

A Pilates-inspired session that actually makes you work. Expect slow burners, smooth transitions, and that “why is this so hard?” feeling.
45 mins | Mat-based | Strength & mobility focus

TIDE: Burn 🔥 
The one that gets your lungs involved. Bodyweight and functional strength with a bit of pace - think grit, sweat, and some light swearing.
45–50 mins | Mat-based | Strength + cardio mix

TIDE: Reset ☁️ 
No incense, no chanting just proper stretch and recovery. Mobility and breathing that actually makes you feel better.
40 mins | Mat-based | Mobility + recovery focus

TIDE X 🤝
Collabs with local legends. Think Pilates with a bolt on. Coffees, saunas, run clubs, beers - all the good stuff and not just on the beach!

Been a terrible fitfluencer 🤪 and hardly got any content from Runner’s Edge so here’s a POV from those 6.30am sessions.

This week’s focus is on Unilateral Power and Control: build strength and explosiveness on one leg, improve balance, stride control, knee/hip stability.

*no running included - Runner’s Edge sessions are about building strength on the sand from the comfort of your own mat*
