Why the scales aren't great.

By far the most common metric we use for overall health is our weight- words like overweight, obese, fat etc are extremely common adjectives used by people who are talking about themselves.

This client actually said (half jokingly) "I didn't think I was fat until the scales told me I was".
Heres my advice, ignore the BMI scale altogether. Measure your weight in order to workout your daily calories only. Track your workouts, enjoy your food and use photos and fitness gains to measure your progress ❤️

However I still have loads of availability as each session takes place at my home/garage gym, meaning I can fit you in early morning, late evening or whenever suits you.

Passed my Anatomy & Physiology exam last week, my practical assessment earlier this week and my Applied Nutrition exam last night.
Officially a certified Personal Trainer.

Just finished a nice push workout - garage gym is starting to come together nicely. Was feeling motivated coz my new plates were delivered from Mirafit this morning.

Pretty much just 2 weeks to go until Tough Mudder Yorkshire, expecting it'll be a little bit different this year but I'm sure it'll still be awesome 💪 a bunch of us are raising funds for a local Martial Arts dojo-link above
