12 Week strength program!

This could be a miss, but I truly believe a lot of your issues in the gym, in your sport. Would more than likely be fixed/improved upon by a solid, structured and progressive strength program.

Strength training, apart from the obvious to building strength. Helps to identify weaknesses you can work on. Helps build resilience. Helps build confidence.

No one ever got worse at there sport from being stronger 🤷🤷

If you'd like a free 12 week strength program, comment "12 Weeks" and I will get you sorted!

READ BELOW! 👇

Before picture taken October 2024, after photo taken April 2026.

Full credit to Beth, she hasn't worked with me that whole time, in fact she did a lot of this by herself. She did use mounjaro until June 2025, I have no issues with this, it works when it's also done alongside a good diet and training!

She did however hit up my classes at PureGym almost every single Monday and Friday in that time until I left. She also worked first with a good colleague of mine first. Following those she did work with me 1 to 1, then online and now back to 1 to 1. Balancing work and life in that time, but still finding the want to progress!

The goal now? Build some killer legs:
"Enough to kick a man through a wall" I think was the exact goal 🤔

Since coming back to 1 to 1 she has lost a few centimetres of her chest, waist and arms. Gained a couple centimeters on her legs and bum! Most importantly is stronger and has a better relationship with food!

Good little hike up The Cheviot. A mixture of easy and hard. I'd deffo avoid it if it's rained or raining.

More client hikes planned 🏔️🏔️🏔️

Last but not least, last attempt, last lift of the day. 152.5kg deadlift!

Very unlucky to not get this on a technicality, but we're counting this as a 1RM anyways!

Rounding out the most recent comp with a +7.5kg comp and +10kg overall PB.

Now onto a nice long building phase to develop some weaker areas and build some more lean mass!

Interested in getting started? DM '6 Week' to book in a free consultation either in person if you're local, or online via video call.

A lot of people have the unrealistic and therefore disappointing results when it comes to partaking in '6 week transformations/challenges/weight loss camps'

Don't get me wrong, you can achieve a lot in 6 weeks! But you have to be more realistic with yourself.

If you've spent 10 years out of shape, out of sport, eating and drinking what you want. Why do you think it can be undone in 6 weeks? Just be honest with yourself and your coach and understand it takes time. The longer you spend fixing it the better it gets. Chopping and changing between this 6 week challenge and that 6 week fat loss bikini body ultimate package, isn't going to cut it.

If you want real coaching, drop me a DM '6 Week'.

Big squat PB! 115kg!

Added 5kg to her competition squat PB. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this and potentially a bit more in the tank 🤔

2 reds next! 👀
