Nobody gives a f**k if you submit a few people in the gym, with the new fancy submission youv seen on instagram last week, that dosent matter, nobody cares man. Its about getting out there and testing yourself.

Introducing our ladies beginners course for 2026!

Its a 6 week course of 3 classes per week, £95 for the full 6 weeks, starting Tuesday 2nd June.

The course is structured step by step, covering lots of the main basic positions and submissions of Jiu Jitsu.

Its a rare opertunity to start, with all ladies in a group where everyone is at the same experience level, learning at the same pace together.

Once the course is complete you will have a basic undertanding of Jiu Jitsu, and it will give a good foundation to progress into our normal classes.
