We are running the Great North Run 2016 for the second time, with a couple of additions to the team...........So along with Amanda Booth and Charlie Dickinson we have Karen Laycock, James Green, and Steve Davidson!!!!! We are asking for your generosity again, in contributing to this amazing charity, that helped our dear friend Carol, and her family immensely. We will be running in memory of Carol, and striving to continue her own brave fundraising efforts.

The Great North Run in 5 days. I just ran my last training run and am hoping that I have done enough. On Friday I was thinking that if people were wanting to sponsor us they would have done so by now. Over the weekend several donations have come in and these reminded me that I hadn't sponsored us yet, I have now done so. If you have said that you will sponsor us please do it ASAP. Today's big run completed. Hard work when living in the mountains but I'm proud of my achievement. ... all we need now is a few more sponsors to complete our target .....please please dig deep .... thanks 😃
