Here is the study that looked at organic versus conventional grains.
I’m only interested in oats so will only point out that organic oats have more total dietary fiber as well as soluble and insoluble fiber.
The more fiber you have, the more your residents (microbiota) decide how healthy you’ll be, as they interact with our DNA 🧬 & can kill off pathogens.
