Halloween is going to be massive this year for us at Fight Centre! There’ll be no time for trick or treating, as the BJJ team will all be at the Newcastle BJJ Open and then straight up to the Vertu motors (Newcastle Eagles) arena for the long awaited Pro debut of our man Adam Olaore Olaitan Adam Olaore !

Tonight we have MMA and BJJ with one of the world’s top black belts Eli Braz
Jungle Fight and ADCC worlds veteran, Eli will be teaching some of his incredible control, straight from the school of Crezio de Souza.

If you don’t have a valid Fight Centre membership then the drop in fee is £10. (Cash only please.)

Wednesday at 19.00 competition class - in order to attend you must have:

•A good understanding of the rules of the sport, etiquette and safety measures.
•A reasonable level of physical fitness and conditioning. Skipping rounds, being late to start rounds and slacking off during rounds is not acceptable in this class. Quitting halfway through the class and leaving early is not acceptable. If you can’t handle the heat - don’t come into the kitchen in the first place.

Ask your coach if you are ready for comp class.
