AMAZING TRANSFORMATION by one of our small group members🤩🤩
I’m super super proud!! I still remember the shy girl which started a group late and was scared of her fitness levels and ability to fit in with the groups. However, all groups she has been in have been incredibly welcoming and encouraging as they are also on similar journeys learning with her!
Now today we have a hella strong lady with amazing results! Our initial goal was to lose 2 stone and we’ve completely smashed it👏🏼👏🏼 now our goal is to build some solid muscle and focus on getting all the protein our body needs and to also make use of those extra cals around xmas😋
After a solid bulk, we plan to strip her back down for her holiday next summer which will give her that toned look she is after!💪🏼

FITNESS TEENS 🏋🏻♀️
We have spaces available in our fitness teens classes. This class follows the CrossFit methodology and is for 12-18yrs.
Teaching them the basics of weights training whilst taking them through strength and endurance based workouts each week!

How long have you been playing rugby?:
2 years
Who is your all time favourite rugby player?
I don’t actually watch rugby. I probably should to get top tips but I don’t 😂
Do you have any game day rituals?:
Turn up late and forget my rugby shoes 😂
I usually have a good breakfast and pack my bag with all the essentials.
What are you most likely to be heard saying during training or a game?:
You take it in, I’m behind you.
Safety in numbers.
What do you enjoy about playing rugby?
The fitness and the team. I enjoy learning something new every session. All session and games are different. The lasses and the coaches are great. I’ve made some great friends from the sport.
Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to try rugby?
Try it! Don’t just give it one session though, give it a few! I had never touched a rugby ball or watched rugby before I started and was only talked into it by Jo Marley of all the reasons why I should give it a chance. There’s literally a position for everyone. You don’t have to be the fastest and the fittest! It’s a great team sport for anyone wanting to try something new.
