Looking forward to starting the new boxing season tonight. September membership is now due. Also for those who missed the registration night please come in and complete the form as well.

- Registration fee is £20 for the year
- Monthly membership is £20 and due the first class of each month.

Reminder that we are a non profit organisation and all money goes back into the club. All our volunteers give up their time for free.

Class times are:

17:30 - 18:15 U11’s
18:15 - 19:15 U16’s
19:15 - 20:15 Seniors

We’re expecting to be busy so until we gauge numbers we will not be taking any walk in’s.

Wishing our club secretary and coach Leigh a happy birthday. Thanks for all the hard work you put into the club. We’re sure he’s excited to get back to training this Tuesday.

🥊🥊🥊 REGISTRATION NIGHT TOMORROW 🥊🥊🥊

Don’t forget about the registration evening tomorrow from 5:45 to 6:30 at the club. It’s important we gauge how many members we have and have the correct contact details.

There is a £20 registration fee that goes towards paying our affiliation to Boxing Ireland.

We are taking new members in all our classes (U11’s, U16’s and Seniors).

🥊🥊🥊 REGISTRATION DAY 🥊🥊🥊

On Wednesday 19th August we will be holding our annual registration day.

It will be on from 17:45 to 18:30, this is for all members new and old to sign up for the year.

The registration cost is £20, we are a non profit business, all money raised goes straight back into the club. All volunteers give up their time free of charge.

The classes we run are U11’s, U16’s and Seniors (16+). All classes are open to male and females.

There will be some forms to fill out as well.

The club will reopen on Tuesday 1st September. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

🥊🥊🥊 5 week female camp 🥊🥊🥊

The second 5 week camp started off with a bang with Amy having her first proper spar against Ciar. It was a great watch with both girls doing brilliantly.

Good to see some new faces down as well getting their first taste of boxing. The effort has been amazing from everyone.

🎂🎂🎂 Happy Birthday Gavie 🎂🎂🎂

Everyone at the club would like to wish Gavin Burns a happy birthday. He joined us to train a few years ago but we managed to rope him into joining the coaching setup.

He’s been an amazing help with the under 16’s class and has travelled all over with fighters for sparring and competitions.

He picked up club person of the year this year as an acknowledgment of all the work he puts into the club.

🥊🥊🥊 5 Week Female Training Camp 🥊🥊🥊

Such a brilliant effort put in over the 5 weeks, the improvement in their boxing skills and fitness was fantastic.

In fact it was so good we’re going to continue and run another 5 week camp. There is a few spaces available for a few new faces if anyone is interested.

🥊🥊🥊 First Female Class 🥊🥊🥊

What a great start to the 5 week camp. Everyone put in some serious hard work in very hot conditions.

The class started off with a fundamentals warm up, followed by some technical and conditioning bag drills. Then there was the classic sally up, sally down challenge at the end (squats instead of press ups).

I’m sure there’ll be some sore bodies tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll see everyone back on Wednesday for the second class.

We didn’t expect that the interest in the class would be so high. We’re delighted to say the class is now full (even after expanding the class to 15)

We’re starting Monday 22nd June and looking forward to seeing everyone for some hard but enjoyable training.
