"Little Tiger Cubs" is the fun and safe fitness training programme for children aged 3 to 5 years old.
Loosely based on martial arts, each weekly 45 minute class is a mixture of simple training exercises and games designed to assist in the physical development and improved health of each child, whilst also building their confidence and self - esteem. There is then an opportunity to progress onto the popular Active Tiger programme at age 6years, which will form a good foundation for learning the mar

Hi Tigers ponteland class tonight is on as usual open to everyone so if your class is cancelled you are welcome to come to Ponteland
Mr Starr will be live streaming a little tigers class at 3.45 tonight if you want to join in with your little ones share your pics on here we will give out stickers when we get back to normal or your children could make their own and glue them into the book stay safe and have fun

All Gateshead Leisure Centres have closed so there will be taekwondo or tigers at Gateshead Leisure Centre and no tigers at heworth Leisure Centre
The Parks Leisure Centre is closed until further notice so there will be no Sunday class
All classes are still running at the present time please remember to follow government guidelines around hand washing and stay away if you are displaying any symptoms we will continue to update this page as the situation develops
