Teriyaki garlic chicken and rice noodles with a boiled egg easy to make only takes 20 minutes great for meal prepping for quick and easy meals πŸ’ͺ🏻1. Cut chicken into pieces 215g
2. Add garlic granules, chicken seasoning , salt and petter
3. Mix with tbsp of teriyaki sauce and a tsp of low soya sauce (green top)
4. Once’s mixed put into frying pan at medium heat with a tbsp of olive oil or fry-light which ever u prefer
5. Cook for 10 mins making sure that your chicken isn’t pink in the middle once done set aside
6. Boiled 2 eggs for 5 mins depending if you want it soft or hard.
7. Put your rice noodles into the saucepan and gently mix then leave for 3 mins
8. Then put into a bowl or plate and enjoy.

πŸ”₯ Today, we're focusing on lying leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curls to sculpt those quads, hamstrings, and hamstrings. It's all about pushing your limits and making those gains.

Here are some leg day essentials:
1️⃣ Warm-up those muscles with some dynamic stretches.
2️⃣ Don't skip leg day; it's the foundation of your strength!
3️⃣ Push through the burn, and remember, the pain is progress.

The session it’s self:
1. Lying leg press 3 sets of 6-10 reps (1st set 5-7 2&3 6-10)
2. Leg extensions 3 sets of 10-15 reps
3. Lying hamstring curls 3 sets of 10-15 reps
4. Smith Machines Calf Raises 3 sets 10-15 reps

Here is a small workout you can pre or post workout:
1. Seated Box jumps 5 sets of 5 reps
2. Box Jumps 5 sets of 5 reps
3. Dumbbell Squat Jumps 4 sets of 8 reps
4. Bodyweight Squat Jumps 4 sets of 10 reps
