All we need is you….

Remember this is a manned session so you can attend alone, pay in cash and not be a Nowca member -so if you want to come and have a look, take a dip and meet the tribe, today is the perfect opportunity

Barefoot and Bower Notice

It’s with sadness and great irritation especially after the year we have had, that I now have to announce a robbery.
We went up to our container on site at Barefoot &Bower to find that it had been discreetly broken into, everything left as it usually appears, our 4 valuable Litnium Batteries & rack gone, with 2 Victton Quattro Inverters also stolen - these items are very valuable. We feel like this robbery was targeted and may have been carried out by someone in the know. A vehicle was most likely brought onto site, they obviously had a gate code..it’s unlikely they walked in and out with these items however we can’t be sure. Did anyone see anything suspicious?
We are not pointing the finger at anyone, we just ask for our local community to be vigilant and pls keep their ears to the ground and if they hear of anything similar traded or sold to please let us know- this is another blow to us and a sad reflection of the society in which we live. Keep safe

Hi everyone
We are really looking forward to a change in weather, and some sunshine. We have two paddle boards that will be available to hire - £20 each for a morning or afternoon- also we are looking at opening a session dedicated to paddle boarding- you can enjoy both the upper and lower lakes whilst getting a great core workout… let me know your thoughts 💭 Be good yo run a SUP yoga session too, anyone interested?
