Lovely sunset on my run last night! If you've been debating coming along to my group in Newhaven do get in touch if you have any questions! This evening we're meeting 7pm outside Halfords Newhaven, Thursday is 7pm meeting by the playpark by where Elphick Rd meets Robinson Rd. All adults welcome no matter what your fitness level!

Great run in Newhaven with some of my group yesterday- as I had some of my faster runners there we did Pyramid Hills - so if you come along in the next couple of weeks you know we won't be doing hills! They did really well and I think some personal bests were achieved...
