β Member of the Month β Ellen
Ellen, you have shown us what true dedication really looks like. π
Ellen and her partner Peter joined CrossFit Structure back in October 2023 and in that time she has become a much-loved part of this community. Towards the end of 2025, Ellen found out she was pregnant - and with her due date now fast approaching, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate just how extraordinary she has been throughout this journey.
Ellen has trained consistently throughout her entire pregnancy, averaging three classes a week. And she hasn't just been showing up - she's been working. Heavy barbell sets? She switched to dumbbells and built her own EMOM. Movements that needed adapting? Box push-ups, modified burpees, whatever it took. She never sat anything out when she could find a way to keep moving, always keeping the spirit of the workout alive while doing what was right for her and her changing body.
Ellen, you are a genuine inspiration - not just to the women in this gym, but to every single person who walks through that door.
We are going to miss you enormously, but we cannot wait to welcome you and your growing family back when the time is right.

Paul - this one's for you. π
Six months of focus. A once-in-a-lifetime trip to Vietnam. And results that kept coming even while he was away.
π 1.3kg body fat lost
π Visceral fat down 1 level
All tracked with a scan before and after his trip. The discipline Paul has shown over the last 6 months has been brilliant to see and he's just getting started.
This month he begins working with Keaton on his nutrition, and in 3 months we'll be checking back in to see where all this hard work has taken him.
We have a feeling it's going to be a good one. π

π May Frequent Flyers - our top attendees for the month!
First place goes to Isabella - and what a story. At just 14 years old, having joined us in mid-March, she leads the board by sheer force of effort. Every class, every rep, full intensity. She is already setting a standard that seasoned members are taking note of. Watch this space. π
Hot on her heels: Ingrid and Flavio, both clocking an incredible 27 classes in May. That's not a schedule, that's a lifestyle. π
If you see these three in the gym, make sure you give them the recognition they deserve. They've earned it. πͺ

If you've ever been coached by Becs, you'll know exactly why she's such a valued part of CrossFit Structure. She's energetic, friendly, and genuinely empathetic. Whether you're walking through the door for your first session or chasing a new PB, Becs has a way of making everyone feel welcome, supported, and capable.
Her enthusiasm is infectious, her coaching is thoughtful, and she always takes the time to check in with people both inside and outside the gym.

We have some exciting news. π
We are thrilled to welcome Lisa to the CrossFit Structure coaching team - starting tomorrow.
Nine months ago, Lisa walked through our doors as a member - already bringing an impressive fitness foundation built through years of dodgeball training and competing at a high level. Since then, she has thrown herself into CrossFit with the same dedication and drive, developing her skill set at a pace that has been genuinely impressive to watch.
Today, we are proud to announce that Lisa becomes not only our newest coach, but our first ever full-time employee - a milestone for her and for this gym.
We couldn't be more excited for what's ahead. Welcome to the team, Lisa. π

In the last 3 months, this man has been quietly putting in the work β and the results speak for themselves.
π Muscle mass up 0.4kg
π Body fat down 2.1kg
π Visceral fat level down 1
ποΈ Deadlift PB β 138kg
ποΈ Back squat β up 5kg to 90kg
That's body composition shifting in the right direction AND strength going up at the same time. Not easy. Flavio makes it look like it is. πͺ
