Marc and Melanie represented Duffus today in the social league, hosted by Tayport tennis club. Today’s winners were Pittenweem with Glenrothes coming in 2nd. A lovely afternoon of tennis in good company and perfect weather.

Well done to our ladies second team which has won Division 3 of the Tennis Tayside Leagues 2026. Captained by Gill Stirton the team edged out Perth (1) on set difference and will be promoted to Division 2 next year. 👏🎾

The Club held its annual BBQ today at the Newport Festival. Thankfully the weather was kind and we sold out of burgers & sausages by early afternoon. Grateful thanks to the club members ( and their spouses) who helped us on the day with setting up, cooking, serving and collecting payments.
We also want to say a big thank you to The Butcher & The Baker who helped us with the food order and kindly made a donation.

Thanks to all members who attended our WANT Open Day at Newport Coirts today. The courts were busy and it was a nice atmosphere.
Thanks as well to those who baked and made cups of tea and toasties. We really do appreciate our members here at WANT.
