I just wanted to highlight my St Andrews class. We meet every Wednesday at 10am at Cairnsmill caravan park on the edge of St Andrews, not far from Morrisons. This is a small group with no block booking. It's £10 on the day but you must pre book. I have been teaching Pilates since 2012. So if you are looking for a less crowded Pilates class that is friendly and welcoming and challenging. Book in!

So lovely to meet my new Cupar class this evening.
I now have three Cupar classes. Monday 11.45am, Tuesday 6pm and 7.10pm. 😊♥️💪

What's new this week ? My new Cupar class is starting up on a Tuesday at 7.10pm. This class is suitable for beginners as well as people who have done some Pilates before. The class is now pretty much full, however, I usually add a few extra to make up for drop outs along the way. So still time to join. This is open to men and women ....no men booked in so far. Book in! 💪

Cupar folks ! I have a brand new class starting soon. I have been teaching Pilates for almost 14 years so I have a wealth of knowledge and I like to make my classes both varied and challenging. If you have tried Pilates before and found it a bit slow and perhaps "too easy" then give my classes a go! Great for anyone with back issues, I have many clients who give up their chiropractor and just attend Pilates. You will be amazed the difference you feel in your body and mind.
