📢 CASUAL STAFF WANTED ⚽🍔🍻

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a casual basis, ideally 18+.

The role is primarily based around Saturday home match days, with additional opportunities to provide cover on the burger van during annual leave, sickness, and other periods when required.

Your main match day duties will include:

⚽ Opening and setting up the Corner Flag Cabin ready to serve spectators before kick-off.
☕ Serving hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the match.
🚪 Opening and closing the double gates to allow access for managers, players, and match officials.
🚶 Ensuring all spectators enter through the cabin entrance.
🚫 Making sure no electric bikes or electric scooters are brought onto the pitch grounds.
💷 Handling cash and card payments and keeping the cabin clean and well stocked throughout the day.
🍻 Once the match has finished, you'll close the cabin and move behind the clubhouse bar to serve players and spectators after the game. This can be a busy period, so confidence working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
🔐 At the end of your shift, you'll help close down and secure the site.

We're looking for someone who is: ✅Friendly and approachable
✅ Reliable and trustworthy
✅ Confident working with the public
✅ Comfortable working independently when required
✅ Flexible and willing to provide cover in our burger van when needed

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

🚗 PARKING INFORMATION – Y SIFIL GIRLS ONLY FOOTBALL FESTIVAL, SUNDAY 19TH JULY🚗

To help everyone enjoy the day, please take a moment to read our parking arrangements.

✅ Free parking is available on site, but spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

🅿️ If our car park is full, additional parking is available at the Newport Live car park on Bettws Lane, again on a first-come, first-served basis.

If both car parks are full, please park considerately along Monnow Way.

🚶 If you live locally in Bettws, we'd really appreciate it if you could leave the car at home and walk to the festival where possible. This will help free up parking spaces for visitors travelling from further afield.

❌ Please do not:
• Block residents' driveways
• Park on double yellow lines
• Park in front of the garages
• Park within the cul-de-sac on Shannon Close

We kindly ask everyone to respect our neighbours so we can continue to host fantastic community events.
