The last few weeks have come with their fair share of challenges and changes, but the messages, support and kind words we’ve received have been incredible.

Sometimes a little reminder of why you do what you do is exactly what you need 🥹

Thank you for always backing us, believing in us and being part of our little community. We appreciate you more than you know 🤍

A little handstand, a LOT of benefits 🤸‍♀️✨

For our preschoolers, learning to go upside down isn’t just about learning a gymnastics skill. It helps them to:

💪 Build strength
🤸‍♀️ Develop balance & coordination
🧠 Improve body awareness
❤️ Grow confidence
🌟 Develop resilience & perseverance
👂 Practise listening, taking turns & following instructions

And most importantly… they’re having fun while they learn! 🥰

It’s amazing how much development can happen through one little gymnastics skill. 🤸‍♀️
