The Isle of Wight Offroad Duathlon

A challenging 3km trail run, 9km mountain bike ride and finishing with a 3km trail run.

The Isle of Wight Offroad Duathlon will be staged at the fantastic IOW Mountain Bike Centre on Shorwells' Cheverton Farm. A challenging 5km (or 3km for the Sprint distance) trail run over downland, through copses and along ancient pathways is followed by a 20km (or 10km) mountain bike ride on purpose built trails.
