💦 AQUA HIIT — What’s the difference?

Wondering how Aqua HIIT differs from our regular Aqua class?

⚡ Aqua HIIT is a 30-minute high-intensity workout with faster-paced exercises, shorter rest periods and a bigger focus on keeping the heart rate up.

🗓️ Every Thursday at 7:10pm
👥 Available to book for members
⏱️ 30 minutes
🏊‍♀️ Half of the pool is reserved for this class

Please note: Aqua HIIT does not run during half term.

Our regular Aqua classes are longer and generally allow for more recovery between exercises, making them a great option if you prefer a more steady-paced pool workout.
