ICC Welsh Open, we're coming for you!

After 2 very very long years away from competitions we will finially hit the mat again next week at the ICC Welsh Open. We're entering very tough categories but we're just so looking forward to getting back into the competitions and showing off how hard we've been working all this time!

Just a reminder that we are back at training this week!! We are looking forward to seeing everyone and hope you all had a great Christmas and New year 😊
