N A T U R A L ~ M O V E M E N T
As a society, adults largely loose the confidence to play and explore movement like we did as kids. Much pain and restriction we feel in our body can originate from this inability to move how we are designed to move. Natural movement is a style of training which is based around movement patterns we learnt as children. However, we spice it up and combine these movements with elements of conventional fitness to create engaging and challenging active mobility flows, strength and endurance combos, and movement tasks/games to help improve strength, mobility, flexibility, confidence and adaptability for in sports and everyday life.

What to expect ?
Expect a dynamic but gentle yoga flow that focuses on rebuilding core strength, restoring pelvic
floor function, and easing the physical tensions that come from feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby.
There will be moments to involve your little one through playful interactions and touch—but the primary focus is on your well-being as a mother or nurturing parent. This class is suitable until your baby becomes overly mobile, keeping the environment relaxed and supportive.
You’re welcome to pause to feed, change, or simply cuddle your baby as needed. With a grounding playlist, a welcoming community, and plenty of permission to be yourself, this class is all about giving you the space to find your strength, balance, and confidence as you navigate this new chapter of motherhood and beyond.
