I didn't think so.....
So somatics practice can deliver rapid and lasting results..
PLUS ... Anyone can do it..
It's basically rolling around on the floor and it's delicious....
I teach it online and in person..
Tuesday 9:30 usually at Mawgan Porth.. Can also do one on one sessions by appointment..

Blissful Balance Retreat 2024
We offer you a space in time removed from daily stimulus, tuning inwards without life's expectations of you.
A context to dive deeper into the 8 limbs of yoga - the fabric that underlies the expressions of yoga on the mat.
Making movement sacred, we will strengthen with morning practice and soften with evening practice, to cultivate a Blissful Balance that will uplift and inspire your return to our world. On retreat you can expect to relax and recentre in a welcoming community of wonderful people. We offer you our full, sincere attention whether it's your first retreat or a continued exploration of your practice. All sessions will be sensitive to your previous experience.
