Surf Hire assistants and Beach staff x 3

We’re hiring for the season Ahead. Looking for keen motivated staff to join our team right on the beach. Preferably into surfing or water sports and be aware some lifting is required (kayaks and SUP’s).

Young workers are very welcome subject to parental approval and Council work permit (we apply on your behalf). Parents are welcome to attend an informal interview if offered.

Our rates of pay are excellent and we operate a busy but fun working environment.

Hire Staff required x 4

Towan Surf Hire is recruiting staff for the season with various positions available starting between Easter and June/July.

Good rates of pay and seasonal bonuses plus working right on the beach in a chilled working environment.(we always pay well above minimum wage).

All our positions require an element of manual handling,ie handling hire equipment like kayaks so please give that a thought before applying.
We are a very busy hire operation with customers from all over the world plus a busy beach shop on the promenade.

Applications are open to those aged 14-17 years with full training given.

We’re looking for hire assistants to start in April part time becoming full time as the season progresses.

Good rates of pay and working environment right on the beach.

Ideally we’re looking for candidates who are still at school or college and maybe looking for their first job.Please be aware that we prefer outgoing individuals as you’ll be dealing with many customers from different countries and backgrounds.Candidates need to be fairly strong as some hire equipment can be heavy so please be realistic and only apply if you’re used to manual handling.
