Being able to 'do the things' has always been important to me, I need to feel capable so I can trust myself πͺ
The strength I've built over the years means we can smash out working on our dream life & it's something I've always preached - can you trust your body, are you confident in what it can do?
Even then, it will surprise you when the need arises what it can do πͺ because as women, we are π₯
