As well as leaving your property sparkling, I can now carry out pre-arrival Fire & Safety Checks to help give you peace of mind before every guest stay.

✅ Escape routes checked and clear
✅ Identification of potential fire risks
✅ Issues reported promptly with photos
✅ Checklist completed for your records

This is perfect for owners who want that extra reassurance that their property is guest-ready and safety checked.

Please note: these are visual safety checks carried out in line with current guidance and do not replace a full Fire Risk Assessment — but they are a great way to stay on top of day-to-day safety.
