Words and pictures can't truly capture the incredible experience we had at the .
The entire weekend was nothing short of magical, filled with moments that will stay with us forever.
Our deepest gratitude goes out to Rob and the team for their generous hospitality.
Every detail was meticulously curated, from the best soundtrack featuring talented musicians to the wholesome and delicious food and drink. The skateboarding was absolutely mind-blowing, providing endless entertainment and excitement. We didn't want for anything the entire time we were there and were happy to just be.
The weekend was a seamless blend of fun, relaxation, adventure, and education. The atmosphere was electric, and the company was extraordinary. It was brilliant from start to finish, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone we met along the way. Your warmth and camaraderie made the experience even more special. AMAZING!

On the first of September, we find our way, As the seasons change, in the gentlest array. A blue moon whispers, a rare celestial sight, Guiding us through darkness, into the light.
With autumn's touch, the leaves begin to sway, In hues of amber, they dance and play. The air grows crisper, a promise in the breeze, As we embrace the shift, with hearts at ease.
The world transforms, as we too shall do, Letting go of the old, to embrace what's new. With open hearts, we'll find our common ground, In human connectiveness, strength is found.
Together we'll rise, like the sun at dawn, In unity and love, our spirits drawn. The first of September, a day to remind, That through change and connection, we truly shine.
So let us greet this month with joy and cheer, For the coming days hold blessings, my dear. With hope in our hearts, and love as our guide, We'll navigate the seasons, side by side.

🌿 Embracing the beauty of late summer, we are savoring moments of tranquility and enjoying what's left of the school holidays.
We have been exploring the Shire at our own pace, mostly on foot, bike, or by boat. 🌞
Apparently the traffic is nuts if you drive a vehicle in Cornwall this summer, would not advise 🚗
🍂 Exciting news! Four Elements Adventure are gearing up for a transformative Autumn.
Our focus?
Reconnecting with our core values and disconnecting from the digital world. 🌍
🌱 In the coming months, expect less "gram" time and more insights into the art of simple, slow living. We intend dial down the noise and embrace the grid-free lifestyle. 📵
We are also working with some inspiring and amazing individuals to curate some restorative communal getaways that allign with our core values, watch this space 🧘♀️
🏞️ Don't worry, we're still here to inspire and our outdoor training courses will run until November, including Beach Lifeguard training in September and October. 🌊
🌊 P.S. Lifeguard courses will take a pause until April 2024 after this Autumn. Need a requalification between now and then? Secure your spot on our Autumn courses. 🏊♂️
