🔥Great examples of applied 121 training drills by Oliver B last weekend playing for his U9 team vs an U10 team.
Able to use all parts of both feet, feints and 1v1 skills to twist, turn and unbalance defenders or just create space for a pass. Conditioned first touch with awareness of the different jobs a first touch is capable of. Increased RWB speed whilst keeping close control, and ability to slow before selecting and executing 1v1 skills based on defenders movement and stance.
Oliver continues to improve with every 121 coaching session, and as he moves into U10 will look to further improve his creative passing range through a series of drills designed to make playing the more difficult passes second nature.
