However I am lucky enough to have found a space at Shiva, Nansledan, and I am very excited to be teaching in this beautiful studio.

Mum and baby yoga - starting May 4th
Been so quiet on here lately. Life is crazy. But I’m starting this little course at the over the summer months. Course runs in 6 week blocks for mums with pre crawling babies. Some gentle movement and breath work to help ease the strain on you as a new mum, and a space to connect with other mums/parents.

Slow Flow starts this week.
📍The entrance to The Therapy Studios is just next to Stratton Creber on Berry Rd. Class is located up the stairs on the first floor. I will be keeping an eye out in case you can’t find it.
PARKING: Unfortunately there is no parking at the venue, parking can be found on surrounding streets. I also believe Asda car park allows 1.5hr if you use the shop, and some council car parks are free this time of year.
Please bring a cosy jumper or something warm just in case you get chilly for Savasana. I’m super nervous about coming back to teaching so be gentle with me. Feeling delicate this side of pregnancy.

R•E•T•U•R•N 🌸🦋
I have decided to try and return to teaching one yoga class a week in Jan. I’m a bit wobbly about this, and really nervous as I feel I’ve forgotten how to be an actual human in the world. Maybe it’s too soon as I’m running on fumes, still breastfeeding, sleep deprived, my body much weaker than before. However maybe this transition may be good for me, to help me remember I had an identity before this… Postpartum has been difficult, dealing with a chronic pain condition, feeling lost in a tornado, but I want to give it a try, gently, with no expectations.
The classes may not be my best, I’ll be tired, often drained, and feel lost returning to teaching. It’s a huge transition from maiden to mother, I don’t know myself anymore really, but let’s see how it goes as I find a new version of myself on the other side.
I’ll be offering slow flow again initially until spring.

I am now on maternity leave as I wait for the birth of my baby 👼 I will be taking a short break from teaching any classes, or giving yoga therapy for a little while.
Last night was my last slow flow class. It has been almost 2 years since I started teaching slow flow at Newquay Orchard, and I can't believe how much my life has changed since that first summer!
I would like to say a massive thank you to all the yogis who have come to my classes at the Orchard, at Zen Den, and all those who have trusted in me to give yoga therapy. Some of you have been with me from the very beginning and have helped me grow so much as a teacher. 🌈 I am filled with gratitude ❤️
Yes I am taking a break to have a baby, but I don't plan to give up teaching and will be back on the mat as soon as I feel ready. Please keep an eye on socials/emails for any updates on my return. I look forward to seeing you all again.
For now I need to rest and prepare for this big life change. Sending so much gratitude for the lovely friendships I have made through my teaching journey so far.

✨Join me for my next 4 week yoga course for stress & anxiety taking place at the beautiful A State of Mind Studio ✨
This 4 week yoga therapy based course is designed to lead you on a journey inwards. Through the process we will learn how anxiety and stress affect our nervous system, and how to use yoga as a therapeutic tool to manage and reduce symptoms. You will have the opportunity to learn about yoga on a much deeper level than most general classes.
