Cost set up for Snooze + Sound this week ✨✨

Last Nights Snooze + Sound set up with Issey Yoga ✨

A sweet + soft evening practice, to unwind from the day + prepare for rest. We explore 4-7 poses each class, finding stillness to create the deepest of releases : mentally + physically. Finishing with a dreamy sound bath. Each week we discover themes of chakras, meridians + facia lines, linked the current season + phases of the moon. Come to the Loft Studio in your comfiest clothes (even pjs will do!), wrap yourself in a blanket + slip into a dream - help yourself to a selection of herbal teas + enjoy.

Issey hosts these sessions every Wednesday + Friday at 6pm - book here : https://theloftnqy.as.me/snooze
