Hello September!
Hello new class!

Chair music and movement! Imagine good music, gentle stretches, fun movement and blissful relaxation followed by a cuppa! Absolutely no experience necessary, come move your body in a way that is accessible and feels right for you, leave feeling fab ✨

I am a qualified dance, yoga and special needs teacher with years experience working with people of all abilities including teaching wheel chair users with profound needs - I will use this experience to create a space that is safe and accessible for everyone. There will be suitable options for all bodies with a mixture of upbeat fun movement and slower juicy stretches and calm moments.

Starting Tuesday 23rd September at Indian Queens Victory Hall. 9.30-10.15. Donation based! Message me for more information or just turn up on the day. Toni x

POP UP OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS
Join me this Sunday morning 11/08 for a beautiful outdoor yoga experience in the Pit, Indian Queens.
Start your Sunday through gentle movement & relaxation in nature. Give your body and mind the best start to the day & week ahead.

all levels of dance experience including complete beginners are welcome. It’s useful if you can get up and down from the floor (however slowly!) as the class may include some movement on the floor. Message us if you have any questions 😊

Toni is a qualified teacher currently teaching movement and music based lessons to learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities at Truro College. Her subject specialism is Dance, graduating with a dance degree from Falmouth University in 2014. Toni then gained her 200hr yoga teacher training qualification in India followed by a children’s yoga certification. With a passon for movement to support wellbeing her company WildToes Yoga and Dance offers yoga and dance classes for both children and adults with a focus on inclusivity for everyone of all abilities.
