Taking surf lessons and surf trips to the next level with custom boards from champion longboard rider and shaper Ben Skinner.

Custom boards, designed with the student in mind, by Ben and his team to create the best ride, and best boards from day one. The easy riding characteristics of our bespoke boards mean students can progress quickly to reach their full potential, providing a learning curve like no other.

Our kit includes Ben Skinner Thunderbolt Carbon Fibre Longboards for the experienced surfer, a specially customised fleet of Soft Top Boards for the beginners, giving you the best start to your surf experience. Plus epic Skin Pup Boards, uniquely designed for kids.

And for those that seek the ultimate surf trip with SSS Surf, introducing the SSS Surf Mobile. You will be looked after in style..... our top of the range transport stands out from the rest with its custom build; insulated carpeted interior and funky LED lighting, eight comfortable leather seats, so you can chill out and enjoy the journey whilst watching epic surf footage on our flat screen TV. After a surf, customers can use our mobile shower, heated changing room or pop up changing rooms before getting treated to a cold or a hot drink... whatever is craved the most, we will even throw in a BBQ on our VIP Surf Weekender Package. The Surf Mobile caters for everything a surfer could need and the beauty of it is, being mobile we can take the riders to the best surf Cornwall has to offer.

In addition to the Surf Weekender Package, SSS Surf School offers groups, 1-2-1 private lessons, kids lessons and sunset surf lessons designed to the needs of the rider. Lessons are for the following levels beginners, improvers or intermediate riders.

Most of the lessons will be from our base location at Watergate Bay. If the conditions aren’t the best there, we’ll find them on another part of the coastline in the Surf Mobile!
