UK Surf & Skate Expo

UK Surf & Skate Expo volume two has arrived.

Weather is looking amazing. The set up is looking sharp.

Get here for 9am Saturday morning and if you’re one of the first 80 guests you’ll be walking away with a brand new wetsuit worth £250 - £375!!

Location : Newquay Sports Centre (Sunday also at Great Western Beach)

Reminder : there is no onsite parking please do not try to drive to venue. Use the Newquay Park & Ride and get off at Stop 2 or use local car parks 🤙🏼🙌🏼

😎 UPDATE, due to the Surf Forecast this weekend we have tweaked the schedule for the activity to happen on Sunday down on Great Western Beach:

0800 - 0900 Red Equipment Sea Swim (they will run this theirselves)
1000 - 1200 Saltrock Classic (16 surfers - 4 x 30 min heats?)
1215 - 1300 Final (45mins 4-6 surfers?)
1300 - 1400 Expression Session
1415 - 1430 Winners Announced for the Saltrock Classic & Expression Session on the Sand
1430 - Panel discussion at the beach with James A Grant, Matthew Rogers & Tom Bing

Come down and swing through. Lots of cool old vintage boards being surfed kindly donated by Krog Den & loads of planet friendly boards currated by Rising Tide Festival being surfed in the expression session donated through their network of shapers

The first 80 people through the UK Surf & Skate Expo doors will get a free wetsuit, courtesy of our friends at Wetsuit Outlet. Matt Hayes, from Wetsuit Outlet, said: “Every now and then wetsuits from our suppliers sustain very minor damage in transit or handling and the damage is always purely cosmetic and it means we can’t sell them as new. And rather than see perfectly good wetsuits to to waste, we’ve repaired them and want to give them the life they deserve.” Be there, 9am sharp, first come, first serve and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
