First session:
THE SWING

Maximum 3-5 people for individual coaching and feedback.

Just wrapped up six incredible weekends coaching an amazing group of people who showed both strength and spirit in mastering the fundamentals of kettlebell training. It’s always inspiring to see how kettlebells bring out the best in people, creating a sense of camaraderie, resilience, and a drive to push past limits.
Kettlebell training is unlike anything else. It challenges your strength, endurance, and mental toughness, transforming your body and mindset in ways no other form of resistance training can. Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of fitness,versatile, powerful, and built to test you.

My next course starts Saturday, March 1st, with six skill packed sessions running from 9:00 to 10:30 AM on Saturday mornings.
You’ll need a strong spirit, sharp focus, and a willingness to push beyond your comfort zone.
