Ladies the kids are nearly back to school and we will all have a bit more flexibility in our schedules.
I have Personal training slots available during school hours. Whether youd like to train on your own or get a small group of friends together I will do what I can to accommodate your schedule.

Exciting news for next year!
We have big plans to make improvements to our training facility and are launching our fundraising campaign with a raffle. Tickets can be purchased in class or via message.
Saturday 13th
We will also host a small cake sale to help boost fundraising efforts.
