Tidy up phase for online client ✅

Ciara had got plenty of training experience under her belt before coming to me but had just fell into a rut and couldn’t manage to get herself back into shape!

Ciara’s a beast and never once complained about one thing, she was always adherent, checked in on time and executed the programme perfectly and guess what she nailed it, it’s as easy as that!

Now feeling so much more confident both inside and out of the gym and in need of a full new wardrobe 😂

Next up for Ciara is a long gaining phase to bring up some weaker areas, who knows we might even get her to do a photoshoot at some stage in the future!

When Liam first came to me he’d never stepped foot in a gym before and in fact he was barely eating any food either. This was obviously going to be a big challenge for us to overcome however with my help and guidance Liam took to the programme like glue and smashed it!

He has went from someone who never stepped foot in a gym before in his life to someone who can’t step out of the gym now because he absolutely loves it 💪🏽

Liam has not only improved visually but mentally he is on top of the world and now feeling a lot more confident than ever before!

Next up is a gaining phase for Liam to build some muscle!

2017 - 2023

Looking back my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner!

If you’re on the fence about getting started on your fitness journey please take some advice and just get started now, stop putting it off, then before you know it another year has gone and past!

I have been through it all and have experienced every possible scenario along the way on my journey which has benefited my knowledge that I now can apply to all my clients, helping them on their journey without making those silly mistakes I made!
