We had a brilliant morning hiking the Lumpers Ravensdale ⛰️ we want you to thank everyone who travelled to take part and for your very kind donation. We are very grateful to you all. We hope you all enjoyed it. We want to wish Caolan and his family the very best. CareFor Caolan

Hi folks, we have organised a brilliant hike this Sunday morning in aid of the CareFor Caolan fundraising. We are calling on all walking groups, and ANYONE who fancies a great morning hike to join us ⛰️

Location for the hike is the Lumpers (Ravensdale Co Louth) the hike will take roughly 2 hrs. We are asking for €20euro per person to help in raising some much needed funds for Caolan. This walk is amazing and you will throughly enjoy it.

The hike will begin at 9am Sunday Morning! We look forward to seeing everyone ⛰️⛰️

⛰️⛰️Walking Group Update!! ⛰️⛰️

We continue our hikes this Sunday Morning, we will meet at Grange Chapel Cooley Co Louth (A91 V5XT) at 9am. We will be leaving from O’Cathalain Outdoors at 8.30am or meet at The Grange Chapel car park.

Start at church, Heading up Molly/Rooskey Loop towards Deserted Village, then climb up to Meadbhs Gap and decending back down mountain in direction of Carlinford Village. Mixed terrain road, grass, mountain ⛰️

Note that time is 9am at meeting point!! Make sure to bring waterproof jacket and proper footwear for the terrain. Also light refreshments….. We look forward to seeing everyone!! Weather is giving showers, and high humidity.

Looking forward to our first walk this Sunday 5th May…. leaving from Culloville at 8am to be at Slieve Foye for 8.45am…… there is a 40% chance of rain until 10am and then it’s due to dry up…. So make sure an pack a waterproof jacket and good walking boots or shoes!

Introducing… O’Cathalain Walking Group! 🥾 We have decided to create a community with a love for the outdoors. Our walks are suitable for all, whether you’re new to hiking or are an avid mountain walker. Our walks will begin on the 5th May. Our first walk is in 📍Carlingford, where we will hike Slieve Foye. Arrangements: Meet at Shop, Culloville Business Park at 8:00 AM with appropriate walking gear and we will set off from there. For any further information, please get in touch!
